1. Refund Policy

At GenPixy, we may provide limited refunds for products or services once a transaction is completed. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • No Usage: You may be eligible for a full refund if you have not used any GenPixy services within the first three (3) days of your subscription.
  • Refund Window: Any refunds are only available within three (3) days of the original subscription date. No refunds will be issued after this period.
  • Contact Support: If you believe you qualify for a refund, please contact our support team at [email protected] within three (3) days of your subscription purchase.
  • Strict Review Process: All refund requests are subject to review and approval by GenPixy support. We will verify your account usage before processing any refund. Refunds may be full, partial, or none based on our review. We may need up to 10 business days to review and process your refund.
  • Policy Acceptance: By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this refund policy.

1.1 Why Refunds Are Limited

  • High Operational Costs: Running AI models and related services, including image generation, editing, and voice generation, incurs significant operational expenses.
  • Upstream Provider Policy: Our upstream service providers do not offer refunds for their services, which limits our ability to provide refunds.
  • User Agreement: By signing up, you agreed to these refund terms.

2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 Eligibility

  • All subscribers can cancel their subscription at any time.
  • No reason or approval is required for cancellation.

2.2 How to Cancel Your Subscription

  1. Go to genpixy.com/account.
  2. Click the red "Cancel Subscription" button.

2.3 After Cancellation

  • Service Access: Your plan remains active, and you retain full access until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Billing: No further payments will be charged after cancellation is processed.

2.4 Data Retention After Cancellation

  • User Cancellation: When you cancel your subscription, we typically keep your account data inactive in case you decide to reactivate your account later, unless you request deletion. We reserve the right to delete data from cancelled, inactive accounts according to our data retention schedules.
  • Automatic File Deletion: To manage operational costs, specifically data storage expenses, all files you upload to the service and all files generated by our AI models (such as images, audio, and other media) are generally deleted from our active systems two (2) weeks after creation or upload, regardless of your account status. However, as stated in our Privacy Policy, in some specific cases, files may not be automatically deleted after this period due to overriding legal, technical, compliance, or operational requirements.
  • Data Deletion Request: You can request the deletion of your data by contacting support, subject to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws.
  • Company Termination: Data handling upon termination of your account initiated by GenPixy is governed by Section 10 of our Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
